Is there really no recurring cost?+
None. You buy hardware; 4G service is included for the life of each device. No per-vehicle fee, no per-user fee, no activation charge, and no contract to renew or exit.
How long does installing a fleet take?+
OBD units are about three minutes a vehicle — your drivers can do it themselves in the yard. Hardwired units need a technician. Order 200 or more and devices arrive pre-registered to your account.
Can we integrate it with our dispatch software?+
Yes. The API exposes live positions, trips, geofence events and alerts. It's licensed separately from the devices — tell us what you're integrating with and we'll quote it alongside the hardware.
Do you support ELD or IFTA reporting?+
We're built for non-ELD fleets — service trucks, vans, trailers and equipment. Mileage reports export cleanly for IFTA and reimbursement, but we are not a certified ELD provider.
How do we pay for a larger order?+
Card or ACH, invoiced as a single purchase order so it goes through procurement in one line. Payment is due before the devices ship.
What happens if a device fails?+
One-year hardware warranty on every unit, with advance replacement for fleet accounts so a truck is never sitting untracked while a box is in transit.
